Privacy policy

We hold identity documents because we are obliged to. We hold as little else as we can.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), KYC data (date of birth, address, nationality, occupation, source of funds) and the identity documents you upload. We also record activity on your account for security purposes.

Why we collect it

To complete KYC, maintain accurate ownership records for casks, and meet anti-money-laundering obligations. We do not sell personal data.

How documents are stored

KYC documents are held in private encrypted storage. Only you and our compliance reviewers can access your files; access is scoped so no other client can reach them.

How long we keep it

KYC records are retained for as long as you hold a cask and for the statutory period afterwards. Cask custody records are kept permanently, but they never identify owners publicly.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Contact the cask desk to make a request.
